Terms & Conditions of Sale

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through lovecapri.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3. Products

  • Products are described in their respective product pages.
  • Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual product.
  • Products are offered subject to availability.

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and availability at any time, without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Prices and Payments

  • Prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes for shipments outside the European Union, which are borne by the customer.
  • Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout (e.g. credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

An order will only be processed after the payment has been successfully authorized.

5. Order Confirmation

The product listings on the website are an invitation to treat. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation email.

Capri Trademark S.r.l. may refuse an order in the following cases, by way of example:

  • product unavailable;
  • suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • incomplete or incorrect billing or shipping information.

If an order is not accepted, any amounts already paid will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped using selected couriers. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout and/or on the dedicated shipping page.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you receive the products.

7.1 How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit declaration by email to:

indicating your order number, the products you wish to return and your contact details.

7.2 Return of products

  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in perfect condition.
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Capri Trademark S.r.l. may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged, defective or non-conforming products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact details provided on the website.

In such cases, you are entitled to a replacement or, if replacement is not possible, a full refund of the price paid, including any shipping costs incurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

Capri Trademark S.r.l. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, network failures or services provided by third parties.

In no event shall Capri Trademark S.r.l. be liable for any indirect, consequential or loss of profit arising from the use of purchased products.

10. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
